PROVIDER 
DOCTOR PRACTICE
- This pathway
covers the routine delivery of Pathology and Radiology results from
the Service Provider.
- The AllTalk-PRO
CLIENT at the Doctor's practice automatically calls the AllTalk-PRO
SERVER at the Service Provider. The Service Provider returns results
to the client and accepts any new orders and other messages from the
client.
- Message protocols
include HTTP/S, SOAP, POP3 and SMTP.
DOCTOR
CLIENT
WEB INTERFACE
- Any client can
connect to Web Services sponsored by an AllTalk-PRO SERVER.
- This pathway
allows routine message exchange as well as other special methods supported
by the Web Interface.
- In particular,
a new client can initiate the creation of a new Mailbox on the sponsoring
SERVER.
- Message protocols
supported are: HTTP/S, SOAP, POP3 AND SMTP.

an AllTalk-PRO SERVER)
- Any AllTalk-PRO
CLIENT may direct any message to any other AllTalk-PRO CLIENT via
an AllTalk-PRO SERVER.
