INSTANT ENQUIRY

An Account Enquiry may be made instantly by a single keystroke from any screen in the MediBILL system without interfence to the current task being performed.

When the enquiry is complete, the operator escapes and is returned to the current task.


  • Access may be by either Client or Invoice number. Entry of part of a client name provides a scrolling index for selection.

  • Details including the Accession/Request number and date, the amount and type of invoice, any receipts or discounts, the billing date and the procedures are displayed for each invoice for the client.

  • The Billed Date, Request Date, Medicare Number / Assignment Number and Batch Number if relevant are displayed, as well as the Referring Doctor and the Provider Number.

  • The screen displays the date of any receipts, the amount, the cheque number, bank and branch as well as the name of the cheque drawer.

  • An on-line notepad can be used for notes relating to bad debts, debt collection, etc.
