The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne has been processing data since September 1999 using the MediBILL system.

The system was specifically developed to integrate with any Hospital Debtors Management system including:

• The download suite
• Patient UR Management by Organisation
• Split-fees reporting
• Internal billing and statistics utilities
• Extended coning structures

The Alfred currently manages billing and receipting from more than 25 remote campuses and business units.

Data can also be entered on an ad hoc basis from terminals at remote sites and the system allows automatic printing of accounts either at the central service or at the remote site using site specific stationery.
