BUSINESS ANALYSIS

MediBILL provides a business analysis suite which runs each night at midnight.

Detailed trading information is extracted into an electronic format for further processing by Windows' analysis tools. Overnight summary reports are also produced.

An optional extraction process (MedEXTRACT) allows all data to be provided to pivot tables for extended anaysis by third party software.

ACCOUNTING REPORTS

The MediBILL system produces routine reports and reports specially designed for the site.

Trial Balance

• The MediBILL Trial Balance report can provide a debtors' analysis as at any date. There are four associated analysis reports.
  
• The data is also provided in electronic format for future use in programs such as Microsoft Excel.
  

Unbilled Report

• This report is NOT essential in establishing an End of Month Balance. It should be run, however, as a management tool ensuring all procedures have been billed.
• As with the Debtors Trial Balance, this report may be filtered by section, account types, as a summary or a full listing.

Revenue Raised Report

• The report may be filtered by date, section, revenue type and Department.
• A "detail" listing displays all line items. The summary listing includes totals for each billing type.

Payments Received Report

• This report displays all payments received in total and split into revenue types such as cash, cheque, credit card, IFT and EFT.
• This report may be limited to a particular account type.
• Separate reports for cheques, cash or credit cards can be produced.

Write-Off (Discount Report

• This report may also be filtered by date or section and may be printed in summary or in full line item format
