LRS has developed a MediPATH direct web services query on the Stanford HIV Genetic Analysis system.

Stanford's HIVdb accepts user-submitted protease and RT sequences and returns inferred levels of resistance to 17 FDA-approved protease and RT inhibitors.

Paste an HIV neucleotide sequence directly onto a MediPATH Result Page and three seconds later by interfacing with the Stanford program, a fully translated mutation and drug resistance report is automatically posted into the MediPATH result database.
