The MediPATH program suite allows most functions to be user-defined.

STANDARD KEYBOARD FUNCTIONS
A HELP bar is displayed at the bottom of each screen. The 12 Function Keys can be defined to suit the user. Functions Keys can be set as "jump" keys or may be defined to enter specific data.

LOGGING ON & SECURITY
Each User or Operator is assigned an "access level" at installation time and requires a user-specific password to log on. The security level defined determines the options available on menus for each operator. High levels of "access" are required to validate results.

Special patients and particular procedures may also be assigned a security protection value.

MENU STRUCTURE
All menus can be user-defined. Every opening menu displays choices which go directly into programs or sub-menus. Choices are limited by access/security level.

"Hot Keys" are displayed at the bottom of every menu. The standard keys are :

• Assign a different printer
• Check the Urgent Phone/Faxed
• Check Status of Report
• Email
