Each "Appointment Book" can consist of one or more resources:

• A resource is a room, doctor, piece of equipment or anything for which you wish to make appointments or bookings.
  
  
• Each "Appointment Book" can have multiple resources and each resource can appear in multiple Appointment Books.

Appointment Books can show combinations of days and resources:

• A single day with multiple resources
  
  
• A single resource for multiple days
  
  
• Multiple days with multiple resources per day
  
  
• Multiple resources with multiple days per resource

Appointment Books are accessed by keyboard shortcuts or from a drop-down list. All short-cuts are configured by the user.

Resources are colour-coded for easy identification.

The level of detail in the visible Appointment Book can be changed:

• Zoom in so that the details for each appointment are visible
  
  
• Zoom out to display all the appointment for a day/week/month

Quickly identify available appointment times for any time frame: daily, weekly or monthly.

Create Appointment Book overlays to indicate appointment free times (i.e. after hours, breaks, lunch time, etc.) to assist in the booking process.

Appointment Book "view" settings are saved between sessions.
