Standard appointment
data fields include:

(from a use-defined set of appointment states)
- Client / Patient

- Referring Doctor

Extended appointment
details include:
- Details of when
the appointment was created / modified and by whom
- Audit logs of changes
made to the appointment and who made them
Appointment entry
dialogues can be customised to suit your needs:
- Different appointment
entry dialogues can be linked to particular Appointment Books
Real-time updating
of all screens:
- As soon as you
start creating an appointment, all screens show that an appointment
is being created for that date / time.
- When an appointment
is created / modified (ie status is changed), all screens on the network
are immediately updated.
- Screen updates
can be used to notify other staff that an appointment has arrived and
is waiting.
SEARCHING
FOR & FINDING APPOINTMENTS:
- A comprehensive
search facility allowing the user to search on all the standard data
entry fields
- Search for those
appointments that have been deleted
- Access the appointment
details directly from the search results
- Remembers the last
used search criteria
REPORTS:

showing pertinent appointment details

Book" can be printed out as it looks on the screen
