OVERVIEW

• This module tracks six critical DATE-TIME values for all specimens
  
  
• Data is delivered to an EXCEL spreadsheet for graphical presentation
  
  
• All data collection is automatic and does not require user intervention
  
  
• The user has a simple screen manager for the selection of data to output

OPERATION

The user can select the following filters :

PROCEDURES, DOCTORS, LOCATIONS, DEPARTMENTS, SECTIONS

• Analyse ALL
• Restrict analysis to a SINGLE item
• Set up lists of associated items to be analysed as a "group". These "procedure lists" are recognised by the analysis program and are converted to actual item identities for analysis.

TIME MASK

• The user can select the TIME-AXIS values to use for each run of the analysis program.

SERVICE DATE RANGE

• A first and last date to analyse can be included

OUTPUT

• The data can be displayed on-screen or downloaded to a printer
• Data can be output directly to an EXCEL spreadsheet and Histograms are displayed

DATA OUTPUT

• There are 15 possible data-sets available from the six date-time values stored for each specimen. These sets can be both selected and grouped.
• Histograms can be printed / not printed
• More than one time histogram can be concatinated on a single chart
